Your firm’s know-how stays yours when you change software or AI provider.
Software and AI will keep changing. Sovereignty means your firm owns and controls where and how its work gets done. Your know-how, memory, approvals, record and data stay yours, and so does the choice of what you rent.
Before the AI is switched on
Before Copilot is switched on, we fix who can see what.
In most firms, client folders are shared far wider than anyone meant. We find them and close them, so the AI can only reach what each person should.
Illustration: an access review in Microsoft 365 before Copilot is switched on; client folders shared with the whole firm are narrowed to the teams that need them.

What stays yours
What stays with your firm
Together they are your firm’s sovereignty, and they are worth more than any tool you rent. They should sit in accounts your firm controls, so they stay when people, software or AI change.
How we build for data sovereignty- Your know-how: how your firm does its work, written down, with the skills your people use
- Your memory: client history, and what the firm has learned and decided
- Your approvals: who can see what, and who approves what
- Your record: what was done, by whom and why
- Your data: where it is kept, who can see it and whose terms apply
- Your choice: change the AI model or the provider without starting over
What you rent
You can change the software and AI you rent.
You rent these from suppliers. That is fine, as long as changing them does not mean starting over.
- AI modelsThey get better every year. Use the best one for the job, and change it when a better one arrives.
- Business softwareYour CRM, accounting and other tools. Keep them, or change them later.
- Cloud servicesMicrosoft, Google Cloud and others. The choice stays yours.
Platforms we build on
The platforms we build on, and the client work behind each one.
We pick the platform that fits the job. Your firm keeps its sovereignty when the platform changes.

-
Microsoft · Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) partner
Microsoft, with security set up first.
Most of our clients already run on Microsoft 365, so we start there. Rebel HQ Inc., the company behind Joan, is a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) partner.
- Identity. Each person gets access that matches their job, through Microsoft Entra.
- Permissions. SharePoint sites with clear owners, so AI sees only what each person is allowed to see.
- Data protection. Sensitive information labelled and protected with Microsoft Purview.
- Copilot governance. Copilot and Cowork set up around the firm’s work, with an AI-use policy, training and reusable skills the team keeps.
- Azure when you need to build. Applications on Azure, with secrets in Key Vault and managed identities instead of passwords.
-
Google Cloud · Client-owned cloud platforms
Google Cloud, owned by the client.
We build systems on Google Cloud that the client owns. For Floura & Co. we set up a company-owned Google Cloud, defined as code, and a secure connection that lets the team ask Claude about stock, orders and production in plain words.

Claude · Claude workspaces, skills and connections
Claude, inside the client’s business.
We put Claude to work inside the business, not only in a chat window: Claude set up for whole teams, skills written around how each firm works, and secure connections to the systems it runs on. Floura & Co. works in Claude as a team, and QSara’s client success lead works with two Claude digital workers.

OpenAI · Models, and independent review of our builds
OpenAI models, where they fit best.
We build with OpenAI models, directly or through Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI Service when a client wants its AI work inside its own Microsoft environment. We also use OpenAI models to review our own builds, as we did for Floura’s platform, and we teach Plug and Play founders to work with them.

Specialist work
One foundation under every system.
For regulated firms, with people making each decision.
- Impact reporting. We help impact investors assemble portfolio impact reports from their own sources, ready for expert review. People sign off each claim.
- Vendor due diligence. We help regulated firms review their suppliers, with a clear record of what was checked, what is missing and when to look again. People make the decision.
- Compliance management. We help regulated firms keep their compliance work in one organised place, with a record of what was done and who approved it.
- Governed AI for M&A advisory. We design AI working environments for advisory firms: a Microsoft foundation the firm owns, AI models it can replace, research grounded in licensed data, a banker’s review of each output and a record of what was done.
What your compliance team can check
Controls your compliance team can check.
Your firm’s governance, in three plain rules we build in.
- Your people approve.AI drafts and prepares. A named person approves before anything important goes out or changes.
- Each client’s details stay with that client. Each person signs in with their own company account, and who can see what follows your access list.
- There is a record of what was done, and why.So your compliance team can check it later.
