Already at work.

What we are building for clients today, across six industries. Floura & Co. first.

A single line reads up from it into a solid block, the company’s own cloud. On top, a plate holds the leadership team, working in one AI workspace.

Floura & Co.: From a scattered AI setup to an AI platform the company owns, in four months.

Floura & Co. is the fiber-forward food company from the founder of Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams. Its leadership team was using AI in scattered ways, and answers about stock and production were pulled out of the inventory system by hand. Floura wanted AI the whole team could rely on, on systems it owns.

June to September 2026

  1. June to AugustA Claude workspace for the whole team.Claude set up for the leadership team, with company-wide working rules, eleven shared company skills (planning, meeting preparation and follow-up, business writing, reporting, and preparing for meetings with store buyers) and one-to-one coaching around each person’s real work.
  2. AugustA Google Cloud platform Floura owns.Floura’s Google Cloud is defined as code. Each change is planned, approved, applied and checked. Testing, live use, builds and security records are kept apart.
  3. SeptemberLive answers from Cin7, on real data. The team asks Claude plain-English questions about stock, products, suppliers, purchase and sales orders, transfers and production runs, answered from Cin7, Floura’s inventory and production system. The connection only reads: it cannot change a record.
  4. NextGoogle Workspace. The next connection, to Google Workspace, starts with the team’s tasks. It reuses the same sign-in, access list and audit trail, and each change Claude proposes is approved first and can be undone.
  • Read-only
  • Own company sign-in
  • Every question logged
  • No customer or price data

Outcomes so far

  • The whole leadership team works in one Claude workspace, with shared company skills.
  • Live, read-only answers from Cin7 on real data, each showing when the data was read.
  • Every question to Cin7 is signed in, checked against an access list and logged.
  • Floura owns the cloud, the code and the records, so the AI model can change without losing them.

More client work

Five more clients, by name.

Each with what we built and what changed.

Impact Investors / IIN

A registered investment adviser that invests for impact. We set up the firm’s Microsoft security so its staff can use AI safely, then built the firm’s AI working methods on top.

What we set up

  • Identity and access in Microsoft Entra.
  • SharePoint organised, with clear owners and permissions.
  • Sensitive information protected with Microsoft Purview.
  • Microsoft Copilot and Cowork configured around the firm’s own knowledge, with an AI-use policy, training and reusable skills.
  • On the same foundation: impact reporting, vendor due diligence and compliance management, with people making each decision.

QSara

QSara is a construction-technology company. Its client success lead was carrying each new customer from signature to go-live, and each live customer through reviews and renewals, by hand. We built two AI digital workers, Onboarding and Client Success, that work alongside her in Claude.

What she gets

  • Each morning, a view of what needs her attention.
  • Dated onboarding plans, call preparation, and call notes turned into follow-ups and updated records.
  • Customer health reviews that say plainly when evidence is missing.
  • Nothing is saved or sent without her approval, and each change can be undone.
  • Microsoft 365 set up for the team, including a review of sign-in security.

Untap Your Sales Potential (UYSP)

A sales-training company. Over six months we built its lead system end to end: one source of truth for leads, automatic enrichment, automated outreach, a live dashboard and campaign reporting.

Outcomes

  • More than 11,000 leads enriched.
  • 50 sales meetings booked by an AI-run webinar campaign.
  • One source of truth for leads, with live campaign reporting.

TNG Capital Partners

We are helping TNG judge whether a portfolio company’s technology is ready to grow.

What the review covers

  • The technology, and how it is built.
  • Security.
  • What the product should and should not do.
  • How the company will run as it grows.
  • The evidence from its pilots.

Plug and Play Tech Center

We advise high-growth startups in Plug and Play programs on AI operations and sales go-to-market: hands-on workshops for founder cohorts, and one-to-one mentoring. Several of its startups now use this way of working each day.

What founders leave with

  • Their market and customer knowledge, written down.
  • AI set up to research, write and follow up from it.
  • The founder reviewing the work before it goes out.

How the work runs

Three steps, from review to hand over.

We start with the tools you already have. When the work is done, we hand it over to your team.

See what we do
  1. Review

    Decide what to fix first

We look at your systems, data and suppliers with you. Then we agree the few changes that matter most.

  2. Build

    Build it with your team

We connect the tools you already use and build what is missing. Your people help shape it as we go.

  3. Hand over

Hand it over to your team

We test it with your people and show that it works before we call it done. Then we hand it over to your team.

Next step

Tell us what you want to fix.

Tell us what slows your people down and what you need to decide. Our team will get back to you. Please leave out client and account details.
